  4. Consider Approval of a Resolution to Accept a Petition to Create a Special Assessment District (“SAD”) for a Road Improvement Project in Bloomfield Village (Green Phase 5) Section 27 and Schedule the First Public Hearing of Necessity for Monday, February 9, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.
    1. Deputy Assessor Jennifer Werthman reported that the Assessing Department verified the petition and the SAD is presently supported by 51.28% of homeowners consisting of 52.77% of the total road frontage. The Board adopted the resolution and set the public hearing of necessity for Monday, February 8, 2026. APPROVED
  5. Consider Approval of a Resolution to Establish a Moratorium on Processing of Sports Courts Permit Applications APPROVED
