AND PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Township Clerk has received a permit application for a proposed activity
or operation that is subject to review under the Township Wetlands Ordinance.

Project Location: 350 Fremont Street
Summary of Proposed Activity/Operation: All utilities, storm facilities, and infrastructure have been
planned to protect existing natural features. However, the development will impact wetland ‘B’ (see map) at
the entrance drive which is an unavoidable as it traverses the site entirely. The proposed development will
mitigate this impact with invasive species removal and natural plantings within buffer yards.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Township Wetlands Board will conduct a public hearing on
MONDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 2026 AT 6:30 P.M., to review the application in accordance with Section 14-
126 of the Wetlands Ordinance. At the hearing, the Wetland Board will consider the Wetland application for
the proposed Bloomfield Hollow development. The purpose of the hearing is to consider whether the
proposed activity or operation meets the criteria and standards required for permit approval.
Interested persons may submit written comments to the Township Clerk at clerk@bloomfieldtwpmi.gov prior
to the hearing date, or may present their comments in person at the public hearing.
Following the hearing and review, the Wetlands Board will make a determination to approve or deny the
permit pursuant to the ordinance. A copy of the permit application and supporting materials is available for
public inspection at the Clerk’s Office, Monday-Thursday 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
