The Bloomfield Township Assessing Department will be conducting field inspections throughout Bloomfield Township as part of its ongoing property assessment and record maintenance program. These inspections help ensure that property records are accurate and up to date. Staff may be verifying exterior property characteristics, measuring structures, reviewing recent improvements, or updating photographs and assessment data. Assessing staff will carry Township identification and will not request entry into occupied homes unless an appointment has been scheduled in advance. In most cases, inspections are limited to exterior observations.
